Liver and kidney are affected by abusing volatile solvents inhalants once in a while and some times it can also lead to blood oxygen deletion. Infectious diseases can also occur by abusing inhalants. These effects can be cured and controlled by immediate overcoming the inhalants abuse.

Two peaks observed in a spectrum are the result of absorption of light at two different wavelengths (around 250 nm and around 400 nm). Because of the absorption of light by the metal ion, the amount of light getting to the detector decreases, yet the absorbances are shown in the graph as increases (shown as positive peaks). This one's real simple. What actually gets measured is the _transmittance_, which is the ratio of the amount of light that "makes it through" the sample, to the amount of light that entered it. (Or the amount of light that reaches the detector with the sample present, versus the amount of light that reaches the detector when the sample is NOT present.) As you would expect, the percent transmittance (%T) _decreases_ when the sample gets darker.

Absorbance is the _negative_ log of %T (A = -log(%T)), so a large %T means a small A, and vice versa. And as the amount of light decreases, the absorbance increases.
