HPLC: Ideas for HPLC?

hi everyone....
i recently bought an old agilent HPLC system from the company i used to work for. the machine still in good condition and was originally was goin to strip it for parts to sell. however i have got it working even with the data aquisition system and everything is in good workin order!!
the system was used mainly for Food analysis particularly vitamins (system uses a UV detector)... if theres anybody out there that can suggest ways in which can utilize this machine and hopefully get myself some reagular work i would greatfull appreciate all advice given!
