6. The truck should never be moved while a worker is in the bucket.
7. All controls must be clearly defined by what each one does.
8. Controls must be put to test each day BEFORE the truck is used.
9. The manufacturer’s guidelines must be followed regarding distribution and load.
10. This will include goggles, boots, hard hat, and gloves.
11. The worker must have their feet firm upon the bottom of the bucket at all times.
12. These lower controls are for emergencies only.

why sudden hydraulic pressure drop after excavator heat up?

my hydraulic excavator SK04 is facing a sudden drop of pressure just after the engine heated up. Initial measured pressure was 4000psi but after half an hour drop to 2000 psi. Main release valves readjusted but no effect. The Arm & Boom drop by itself to the ground even without opration. It occurs about a few hours later. Entire excavator has lost its power after engine heated up.

Have you tried cleaning the hydraulic oil filters? Sounds like they're clogged up.
