The Short Explanation about the Development of Microscope
An object that is observed under microscope can be immortalized by using camera. A compound microscope that has two ocular lenses is usually completed with the lens part for camera.

Should I come down on my price or not?
I am selling a Binocular Compound Microscope . I selling the scope for much less than its worth and tossing in 100 preslides as a bonus.
A humane society wants to purhcase the scope but they also want to me come down on the price and give them a low shipping rate to ship the scope out of state.
I think a humane socitety although privately funded should have the funds to pay for an instrument that will assist them in treating animals.
I want to be reasonable but I dont want to be taking advantage of either...

i think they are trying to get you to sell it and next to nothing
if you feel your price is fair then just be firm about it....as for shipping....well they have to consider your time, packaging the item and the actual shipping
so be confident in your price....they will take it or leave it
