To make worsen matters, because of the restrained carbohydrate ingested, there would be less carbohydrate calories to for the use of energy calories and that once again will tell the brain the to start starvation mode again. This wicked cycle of your body cannibalising it's own muscle is launch again. The equivalent applies to people on slimming pills or salon fat loss programs.

Some would say ok, I get your point, in that's the case then I will just do heap of cardio exercises to lose weight. Yet it's another severe error. Have you ever questioned why long-distance runner, those who runs numerous kilometers frequently and are making cardio exercises just about everyday are so thin without any muscular tonus? Because your body is a marvelous system. It is configured to adjust and adapt itself. When you run or jog or swim long enough, it will tell the body to better reduce weight so that I will be able to handle the strain better and improve the endurance. Your muscles are heavier than fats and what would your body cast off more when it needs to reduce weight? Muscle or fat? Your body will throw away both but more of muscles than fats.

In any case, why will you prefer to reduce weight just to get a smaller you on the same body build without any muscle tone? Why will you prefer to be on a reduce weight program that consumes your muscles and bring down your fat burning rate so that when you're inactive the program, the fats comes back stacking on once more?

Hence, while you're active on a reduce weight program, you need to be also on a muscle building program.
