actual i have taken the photographs of some species of ectoparasites keeping them under a dissecting microscope with the help of digital camera placing on the eye piece. now i have problem finding the actual size of the ectoparasites.

Thats a tough one. It depends on what the total zoom was on your microscope. So if you have a rough idea of what a particular part is without any zoom, then you can multiply by the power to get that.
