Could i plug my usb digital camera into a double female usb then into a firewire?

It seems my jvc camera will only download into pinnacle studio, I can't get it off with just the usb

USB will not plug in to firewire. You would need a converter cable, I have never tried, so I do not know if anyone makes these. Alternatively buy a firewire card for the machine.
