Birthday December 3rd why am I so worryed and not looking forward to it?

I have Health Anxiety about High Blood Pressure my mom has hypertension. I went to the school nurse my pressure was 138/93 but it is usually less at 125/75. The Machine didnt seem to be working right also, i had a stressed day with a big arguement in class. I have a normal heart ecg ekg and circulation but my sinus problems making it hard to breath maybe thats why it was up also. Idk but i dont wanna feel this way i need somebody who has delt with this to talk to. I know ive posted ALOT but i need people who have suffered from this to help.
