An echocardiogram (echo) is a type of ultrasound examination that uses high-pitched sound waves sent through a device called a transducer to produce an image of the heart and sometimes the aorta.
An echocardiogram measures how well the heart is working by evaluating blood flow, heart valves, and heart size, thickness, shape, and muscle movement.
Holter Monitor
A Holter monitor, also called an ambulatory EKG, records the electrical signals of your heart for a full 24- or 48-hour period. You wear small patches called electrodes on your chest that are connected by wires to a small, portable recorder. The recorder can be clipped to a belt, kept in a pocket, or hung around your neck. During the 24 or 48 hours, you do your usual daily activities and keep a notebook, writing down any symptoms you have and the time they occur. You then return both the recorder and the notebook to your doctor to read the results. Your doctor can see how your heart was beating at the time you had symptoms.

Heart rate goes really fast while working out?
Im a 20 year old male. Relatively out of shape but not too too bad. 6"5, 220 lbs.
I have recently gone back to the gym, and I notice when doing some warm-up cardio that my HR is going like 130-160. Is this safe? No chest pains, but some lightheadedness when I stop and it causes my anxiety to act up because I'm scared I'll have a heart attack.
I have recently been to a cardiologist, done a stress test, ECG, Echo, Holter monitor, and event monitor so they would have told me if my heart was unhealthy.
I think you might be getting dizzy from your anxiety going crazy from fearing you're heart rate is too high. Its normal to have a high heart rate when getting back into exercising, or starting for the first time. Exercising regularly will bring your resting heart rate down as well as when you exercise though so keep doing it. My heart rate used to get to 180 or higher and at rest would be in the 90's or 100's and now my rest rate is as low as 42 and my exercise rate is about 120-140.
