Why does Perkin Elmer suck so bad?
I'm dealing with a Series 200 Perkin Elmer HPLC. There website doesn't have enough information to choose products. I've had nothing but trouble with the Perkin Elmer HPLC, and it's customer service. Why do they suck so badly? Why can't they step it up and at least put pictures of their products on the website?
*smiles* As they say, "the devil's in the details!" It's hugely difficult to get the information we need for our instruments. My personal favorite is the Agilent 1100 series HPLC's. Very good instrument and company.
welcome to the world of commercial analytical instruments.
