Should I buy this salvaged car?

I'm car shopping and today I came across a 2004 hyuandai Santa fe with around 100k miles the car itself seemed to be in perfect condition inside and out and drove just fine the only problem was that the car has a salvaged title the guy at the dealership said it was because the car had alot of hail damage I looked up the blue book price and it is 10k for excellent cond. The small private dealership wants 6,200 plus taxes worth buying or how much should I buy it for if it's worth it?
