• Doing leg raise exercise will also be useful. Try to repeat leg raise exercise ten to fifteen times.
• Try to involve more in sports kind of activities. Use stairs instead of elevator and join a gym if you are suffering too much of love handles.

Mixed economy is inevitable in most countries, not because it is desirable but because in modern day world, citizens expect many things in the areas of economic affairs to be done by only the Govt. to benefit its citizens. These expectations come ideas of Marx and Keynes popularised by politicians and bureaucracy the two most important beneficiaries of a mixed economic system. While Western economically advanced countries like USA got the idea from the results of Rosevelt's New Deal Policy to come out of the Great Economic Depression of the 1930s, Keynes' theories became handy to politicians and bureaucracy to generalise the State's involvement in both macro-economic and micro-economic affairs from particular situations to all situations. The entire theory of macroeconomic policy is based on the assumption that the State can and should play an active role in delivering economic growth, employment, stability of prices and better income distribution as well as taking care of the weak and the poor. It was only a small extension of this belief that the State was thought to meddle with micoeconomic ownership and/ or management of industries, agriculture, infrastructure, market regulation, etc. This is exactly what the Marxist and State Capitalism advocates wanted to achieve on the believe that Capitalism will die a natural death soon and this can be hastened by communist revolution. While State's domination in mixed economies with macroeconomic policy management has been successful 50% of the time, the State's involvement in micoeconomic management with price controls, distribution controls, lecensing for investment, production,trade and state ownership of economic enterprises etc. has been largely diastarous to the economies. The State is most incompetent in dealing with micro-economic affairs and its involvwement generates corruption, wastages and ultimately hurts even the objectives of macoeconomic policies. So, the the effectiveness of the mixed econemic system handling micro economic roles has been poor at best and diasterous in general.
