I usaully wash the bottles and sterilise them, then i leave them in the steriliser until i make a feed of 1 bottle and leave the rest in the steriliser for later on in the day.

I wouldn't leave it in a sterilizer all day but like the others said, either ready made bottles, they come in 4 and 8 oz they are very easy to use and your regular bottle lid will screw right on. if you are on a plane and want to heat up breast milk I have found it easy to ask for a big cup of hot water and i put the bottle in the water for a while and Wa-la breast milk for baby!
