This 12 day training course is designed for helping you get familiar with each lab which is highly similar to the actual one as well as pass the CCIE Service Provider written exam while you are studying at Cathayschool. During the 12 days, you will spend one and a half day to study the CCIE Service Provider written exam and half day to do the exam at our Pearson VUE testing center. Rest 10 days will be spent on the lab exam training. You are required to study 1-on-1 with your instructor to configure each mock lab. Also, your works will be reviewed step-by-step with the instructors and detailed explanations will be provided about the technologies covered, interpretations of the questions, and common mistakes the students have made with relation to each topic.

Written Exam Part: 1.5 Day Training + 0.5 Day Exam (350-029 CCIE Service Provider Written Exam)

Lab Exam Part: You will study with your instructor one-on-one during the duration of training. Step by step, our highly skilled instructors will show you the best way to configure each full-scale lab. During the class, the instructor will identify the most common mistakes that candidates make. What's the difference between a hot or roaring flame and a luminous flame?

How does a hot or roaring flame differ from a luminous flame? Explain why one of these is never allowed in the lab.

The yellow color in a luminous flame is basically the black-body emission from hot particles of soot in the flame. they are hot, and they glow like the filament of a light bulb.

In a blue flame, there are no particles of soot to give that incandescent radiation. Instead, the main color you see is blue emission from the high-energy C2 molecule.

The frequency or wavelength of light released by atoms or molecules depend on the energy being released by those substances. The Planck Equation describes exactly that, that there is a specific energy to a specific wavelength or frequency.

The difference between a yellow and blue flame depend on the amount of oxygen that is mixed in with the fuel. More oxygen means that the combustion reaction is more efficient and more energy is released. Remember that the more blue the visible light appears, the more energy that light will have.

Thus, it should make sense now that when more oxygen is fed into the system, the combustion is more efficient, more energy is released, and the light will be on the more energetic end of the spectrum, blue.

So, the luminous flame is "dirty", sooty and not very hot. The roaring flame is cleaner and produces a lot more heat.
