can two people use the same math lab code?

I am taking Intro Algebra this fall Math 0312. My friend is also taking the same course and has Math Lab already. I was wondering if I could use the same code so that I don't have to purchase it. Does anyone know if two people can use the same code.

I don't believe that it is allowable.
