When I started shooting IPSC, years ago, I bought a Dillon 550, Progressive Press. Once I got the hang of using the machine, I could crank out 100 rounds in well under 15 minutes. If you want to reload "fairly large quantities", a progressive press is the only way to go.

I checked the IMR data base for your powders, they do not list any load for that powder for any weight bullet in 45 ACP. My favorite competition load was 5.5 grains of Winchester 231 with a 200 grain semi wad cutter bullet. Velocity was right at 900 fps. More then enough to qualify as major.
