I have a 97 Mercury Mystique and the power door locks no longer work and the door lights do not work ?

The door lights started to not work about a week ago by not shutting off when you shut the doors. Now the power locks will not work at all. Can't seem to find where these particular fuses are. Checked under the hood in the power distribution relays and under the dash by the brakes. Any help?
