Is there any way to reduce the noise of my high efficiency furnace?

It vents out the side of my house (i am the last house before a corner, so no one is beside me) but neighbors across the street are complaining it is loud. Yes, I've had it checked and cleaned and it is working properly. But I need to muffle the sound....and preferably without costly re-routing of the exhaust or installing new piping, etc....anyone have any solutions? It sounds fine from the inside, this is all just to help my neighbors....

If you are talking about your condenser,some compressors are louder than others.If the pump is what you are talking about,I bet it's a Bristol compressor.They are notorious for being audibly louder.There is a wrap made that can be fitted for your pump that will damper the noise.
