2000 Lincoln LS check engine error code P0141 - oxygen sensor malfunction. How hard/expensive to fix?

I went ot Autozone for free code reading.
That's what I got:

carmen is right on placement (passenger rear).. but will tell you that on the LS it's not really a easy vehicle to install o2 sensors on.

Recommend Motorcraft or Bosch (as Bosch actually makes the ones for Ford on that one if I remember)

The code basically means that a heater that is built in to the sensor to warm it up to work faster went out usually.
