Afret a stint of 2-3 years you can look for your own franchise, as u will have good PR and field knowledge. If you prefer to remain a Service engineer then growth will be relatively slow.

As an Elex+ TC engineer if you want to remain in core industry, try to go into the actual manufacturing of equipments, their programming etc. Try to go in things like PLC planning.
