What upgrades should I get for my paintball gun?

I own a piranha EVO '04 and am looking to buy a new reg, hopper, air tank, and maybe a trigger.
PS: I also need the prices of the items you refer to me so as to not spend too much $$$

REGS
AKA makes the best reg on the market right now but it's pricey - the 2Liter for $90-100. They also make the Sidewinder, another good but expensive one ($60-80).

CP makes a very popular reg, which is funny because its performance is about average - $50-60.

Lots of places sell Dye Hyper2 regs for $50 or less now.

HOPPERS
Halo/Empire B (Halo has eyes, Empire works off sound) - $80-100.

VLocity or Vlocity Jr (Jr holds about 20 less paintballs and doesn't have adjustable speed settings) - $100-130.

TANKS
Will you be using co2 or hpa?
If co2, doesn't matter, just get a size that's comfortable for you (bigger the tank, more shots you'll get but the heavier it gets).

- HPA -
Crossfire & MacDev make the best tanks in regards to recharge rates (faster recharge = gun's air supply is replenished faster between shots, resulting in higher consistency).

Guerrilla makes the lightest tank on the market right now, the Myth.

CP & Draxxus (DXS) tanks are popular but their performance hasn't formally been tested yet. Still, users have good things to say about them.
