Xbox 360 power brick keeps Dying?

about 3 days ago i got the red ring of death. I took my xbox to my friend to fix it and he replaced the insides. And i took it back and a couple hours later it died again. But when he plugged it into his power adapter it worked. So i got a new power adapter and played great for a couple hours. Then i came back after leaving it off for an hour and the new power brick has a red light and i have the 3 red rings again.

Possibly. You should try a different power outlet or use a surge protector.

Also make sure you turn off the power brick at night when you are not using it. Those things are notorious for overheating/melting.
