On a scale of 1-10 how annoying would you find this?

I had all my washing out on the line yesterday my sons,school uniform,school PE kit and all my work clothes.A neighbour decides to set fire to his grass and all my nice dry washing had to go back through the washer and in the drier!!!!!!AaAAaaAarghhhhhh i almost self combusted with rage.I would put it on the scale as +10!

I think you are right to be annoyed, that is so inconsiderate! The least he could have done was tell you before he set light to it - surely he could see your washing was out.
That's way beyond a 10 out of 10 on the annoyance scale!
