How do I view my download (I'm using yahoo)?

I receive attachments with my e-mails, the virus checks were done along with the other configurations. The attachments then goes into a small dialogue box mark 'Downloads'. At this stage I do not know how to view these 'downloads'. I'm also using Microsoft 2007

After that on the download box on your bottom right, it does say "download attachment"
