what age did you start table food?

My daughter is 7 months old. I have been giving her baby food for the past 2 months. She does not really like to eat it. I try every day, and I am lucky if she eats 2 spoonfuls. I have only tried the stage 1 foods.

We gave our daughter table foods at 6 months but she didnt really eat properly until 9 months, we were just relaxed about it all. remember shes only just starting to eat. Milk is still where her nurtition comes from. Just relax with the food and allow her to have some table foods, like things she can easily grab and she will let you know once she needs more.
