Can anyone tell me how good or bad Dual brand car stereo's are?

I am looking to buy a stereo from someone I know for my car.It's a DUAL kd7500 is this stereo or brand worth buying? He only wants $50.00 for it, is it worth it? How much do they normally run brand new? Any info would be helpful.

they're wal mart brand i also consider them to be one of the lowest. but my sister actually has a set of 2 12"s from them and she has had them for 3 years now and no problem and they can hit. if your lookin for something cheap not to impress anyone kind of thing. but i would recommend just get a pioneer.
