Ok, here is an honest answer.

I don't think your business idea will generate a large number of sales right away. It will take time to develop a customer base and will probably require a lot of direct marketing to the businesses. Many businesses now don't pay for coffee or collect "sunshine club" money to purchase coffee and supplies, so the duration between reorders will be important.

Because it will take time you are going to need working capital, money to keep the business running before it starts to make a profit. Which means do not spend all your money in start-up fees, because you will need lots of cash on hand.

Lastly, in order to prepare food legally you will need to get board of health approval. Your home kitchen will probably not pass board of health regulations, not because it isn't clean, but because you don't have the necessary equipment. For example do you have a commercial grade three compartment sink? That is necessary to clean and sanitize your equipment prior to use. If you are going to make a large capital investment to upgrade your kitchen be aware that the financial risk is greater, because your start-up costs will be greater.

I don't think your idea is bad, but you need to do some clear thinking about your finances, the size of your market and what would be an acceptable amount of risk.
