2 Sets of Corsair TWIN2X1024-5400C4 Keep My P5AD2 Premium Motherboard from Booting, How do I fix this?

Before I had only one set of TWIN2X1024-5400C4 for a total of 1024 MB in dual channel and the system worked fine. I just added another set of TWIN2X1024-5400C4 and now the system doesn't boot at all. The system does power up, the drives turn on, the fans run, but no beeps, the video card doesn't output to the CRT. If I remove one of the TWIN2X1024-5400C4 (one 512 MB module) from the NEW additional set then the system will post but then freezes at "Initializing USB Interface." I've tried all sorts of permutations with the memory and BIOS settings. Anyone know how to get this to work?

its possible your memory is faulty or the motherboard is faulty....have you try flashing the cmos? go to your motherboard manufacturer for details on how to do this...usually with faults like that the manufacturers release a bios update to fix it
