Share USB cam over LAN?

I would like to know if there is some software out there that allows usb cams to be plugged into my server (windows server 2003) and share them over the network. say there are 3 cams i will need all 3 to be online at the same time (4 available usb slots in back of server).

I do not think there is a program but it is possible to do. It may just take a while if you are not that much of a computer geek, even if you are it is still going to take a while.

Hook up cams and make sure they are running
Go onto your computer and connect to your server
You should see that they are plugged in and can acess them right from your computer

If you want it to put it on the web (the long part) you will have to do as follows

Find a script like Yahoo Live and hook up on your server (or you can code it)
Change the settings on the script so only you can access it and no one else can get on the site (May evolve some PHP and HTML coding)

After that connect the cams to display on the site (make an account and so on so forth)
You should now be able to see the cams online (You can also code it so you can see all 3 on the same page)
